The weather could not have been more beautiful for the Storm in a D Cup Day Challenge. 24 teams of triples battled it out over two games of 15 ends. The men were treated to the good humour and friendships already existing amongst the women from clubs all over Sydney.
The Winners medals and $900 prize money was won by Joan Atkin, Peter Hughes and Maxine Stokes team and everyone had a wonderful time which concluded with a fabulous BBQ lunch and many, many amazing prizes from the grid and the raffles.
We would also like to thank our major prize sponsors: Storm in a D Cup, Bondi Golf, Lemonade Hair in Randwick and Marinello’s for their very generous prizes.
Thank you to all the organisers of the day, the donators of the prizes and especially Sharon Scarcella and our wonderful sponsors from Storm in a D Cup who made this day possible.
